CAKEWALK IN HELPING ITS CUSTOMERS AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, AND HAS THEREFORE A LIBERAL CANCELLATION POLICY.

THE RETURN PROCESS OF THE PRODUCT CAN BE RESTRICTED DEPENDING ON THE NATURE AND CATEGORY OF THE PRODUCT.

UNDER THIS POLICY:

CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED ONLY IF THE REQUEST IS MADE BEFORE THE PRODUCT IS BEEN DISPATCHED.

NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTERTAINED FOR THOSE CONSUMER OFFER PRODUCTS THAT THE CAKEWALK TEAM HAS OBTAINED ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS LIKE PONGAL, DIWALI, AND VALENTINE’S DAY ETC. THESE ARE LIMITED OCCASION OFFERS AND THEREFORE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.

CAKEWALK DOES NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTS AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. HOWEVER, REFUND/REPLACEMENT CAN BE MADE IF THE CUSTOMER ESTABLISHES THAT THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT DELIVERED IS NOT GOOD, AS DETERMINED BY CAKEWALK.

KINDLY ALIGN THE REFUND POLICY TO BE INLINE WITH THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE AND INCLUDE THE NUMBER OF DAYS TAKEN TO PROCESS THE REFUND AND CREDIT THE AMOUNT TO THE CUSTOMERS BANK ACCOUNT.(FOR E.G. 5-7 WORKING DAYS).
